Know your rights!

1. Our couriers’ mission is to deliver your products to your doorstep no matter how large they are. But, unfortunately, some products including (Refrigerators, Standing freezers, etc.) are not eligible for doorstep delivery. You may require external assistance for doorstep delivery of the products mentioned above and their similarities.
2. In respect of TVs and their subsidiaries, make sure to check them out upon the courier's delivery in case of damage or faulty products and you may request the courier's assistance in product installation. Now you can enjoy the cooperation between Gig Insurance and CairoCart.com with a 1-year insurance contract against screen damages.
3. Some products like built-in appliances, washing machines, and dishwashers require a technician's visit from the service agent to be installed and to validate the warranty. Those items are REQUIRED to be opened and installed by the customer service agent ONLY, not the courier.
4. Items delivery is extended across Egypt from Alex to Luxor and from Matruh to Sharm El-Sheikh. But, due to the continuous change in the shipping policies, we may not be able to deliver specific products to your region. But, CairoCart's team will always be grateful to offer alternative options to ensure your product delivery.
